WTP Bingo — Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of WTP Bingo (the “Service”), provided by Watch Talk Play LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is in early access / beta and may change or be interrupted.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account
You can play as a guest or sign in with a verified email. You’re responsible for activity under your identity and for keeping your sign-in method (email/device) secure. Don’t share your session token or impersonate others.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t: break the law; harass or abuse other players; disrupt or attack the Service (cheating, scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering except as permitted by law); use it to infringe others’ rights; or enter offensive, infringing, or misleading content (including team/player names or session info you don’t have the right to use). We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
4. Virtual rewards — no monetary value
Bingo and Instant “rewards”, points, and winnings are virtual, promotional, and have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or cashed out, and are not a lottery, wager, or gambling. We may modify or reset them at any time.
5. Operators & sessions
An Operator creates and runs a session and records game events. Operators are responsible for the sessions they run and the information they enter (e.g. team names). Access to Operator functionality may be restricted.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and content (except your own inputs), is owned by us and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to run the Service.
No affiliation. WTP Bingo is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the NFL, any team, league, or broadcaster. Team names you enter are your own inputs.
7. Third-party services & app stores
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. hosting, email delivery, Apple’s App Store / TestFlight). Your use of an app store is also subject to that store’s terms; where required, those terms’ end-user provisions apply to your use of our app, and the app store is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. ⚖️ (attorney to finalize.)
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service; and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) or US$50. ⚖️ (attorney to finalize; some jurisdictions limit these exclusions.)
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time (and delete your account — see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we’ll revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA (where Watch Talk Play LLC is formed), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. ⚖️ Counsel to confirm governing law and add dispute-resolution / arbitration / venue terms.
